Yes, decentralization solves the problem of centralized ownership, which is the real problem.
E.g. large companies are centralized, and they define three classes of constituents: owners (shareholders or partners), employees, and customers: if companies employ no people, then companies create no jobs, and then there are no customers. But in a decentralized economy, everyone is an owner - as is the case also with a coop - and so there are no separate classes: when automates one's own work, one can still trade with others who automate their work.
I think that centralized ownership is the problem; and I don't think that collective ownership is a solution. If I understand your approach, it is decentralized ownership.
There would still need to be centralized structures to coordinate work, but ownership is distributed. Do I understand your approach correctly?
