From the beginning, Agile was focused on the team - but the team is _NOT_ where the problems are!!!

Agile was broken from the outset.

And while the Agile community has latched on to servant leadership, it is well known that servant leadership is only one leadership mode among many that are needed.

The Agile community has been insular, and rather than look at what is known in other fields (behavioral psychology, leadership theory...), it looks to idiotic frameworks like Scrum, created by a medical doctor no less.
