Were the _product_ goals achieved? Could they have been achieved better, or sooner, if teams were not focused on _their_ sprint goal? Were there discussions _between_ teams that might have happened, but did not, because the team was so focused on itself? Were managers sitting back watching the teams, or coordinating and making sure that progress toward the _product_ goals was optimal?
