Well that is good. What put me off is the apparent built-in assumption that everyone want to do OpenSpace, or other chaotic forms of "collaboration", but IME the best collaboration occurs when people write their thoughgs down and share it that way, and then meet to talk through the areas of disagreement or confusion. Meeting free-for-alls are not effective for complex issues.
