But scale is how to create great things. The story shared here is inspiring, but it focuses on the team, and how they were able to create a feature for a customer. One team? Must have been a simple feature.

Digital platforms have become more complicated today: it is not the old days. In a mature digital platform, many teams are usually needed to complete features.

The world is not a collection of startups. Granted a startup is an energizing experience (I know firsthand), but mature digital platforms cannot be managed by a collection of independent teams - if you do that, you will break products.

Scrum is not the answer. Scrum is a single team process. Its model is too simple for today's digital platforms.
