That is a complex issue, because we now have a class of person, trans woman, that is not "a man" and is not "a woman", but is actually a third class, and we don't have a changing room for them. If women feel comfortable sharing a locker room with a trans woman, there is no problem. I would not mind - but some people are very sensitive and private. So I don't know what to think on this issue - it seems like an unresolvable dilemma.
