OMG. I am so tired of Scrum fans claiming “If Scrum doesn’t work, you aren’t doing it right.”

Can it possibly, possibly be that Scrum is the problem? That Scrum violates some key Agile ideas, by imposing a prescriptive model? — and by the way, a model that does not scale?
