Of the platforms that I follow, Apple TV+, Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu, the _ONLY_ one that does not do what you describe is Amazon.

I also hate the way these other platforms try to guess what I want and take away my agency. For that reason, I go to Amazon first, and if they don't have what I seek, I go to the others. And I am no fan of Amazon in general, or other reasons.
