Melissa, most men who I know don’t agree with what James Damore said. I have had women mentors, and women employees who were superstars, and worked with many women in IT who were exceptional. Whether “most” women or men are good at something is not even material: everyone is an individual.

I know it must be hard to hear people like James Damore, not to mention that small minority of vocal and aggressive trolls who attack women on the Internet. I wish there was a way to tell those trolls what I think, but they are clever to do it out of view of most men, because they know that most men would not approve.
