Lots of certs are a red flag to me. Certifications in these topics do not actually teach you anything worthwhile. Your time and effort would be better spent,

1. Getting a cloud certification.

2. Taking a computer science course.

3. Taking a course in leadership.

4. Taking a course in behavioral psychology.
