It is the old part of society that tells women that being raped is their fault. What an idiotic attitude that is/was. Of course it is not a woman’s fault. It is not different from being physically assaulted.

If I were talking home and someone jumped out of the woods and beat me up and stole my money, I would limp home and tell my family. No one would say it was my fault. Yet somehow women have been trained to think being raped might be their fault. It is not.

If someone acts like it is your fault, they are an idiot. And unfortunately there are lots of idiots, and there always will be. Don’t waste time on trying to please the idiots.
