"it is potentially harmful when people without any knowledge of product creation processes and business organization will decide to do things differently. Often without consulting their stakeholders."
I agree.
What I propose instead of choosing a framework, is to have a team lead who has experience, and who is a natural transformational leader. The leadership style of the team lead is the most essential thing.
"Scrum turned self-organization into self-management in 2020".
Actually, the Scrum Guide now misuses the term "management", which has a long history and its meaning is well established. Scrum misuses the term.
Leadership is essential - positive, supportive, inquisitive leadership. Self organization is an outcome: it is what you tend toward if you have a transformational leader: they will back off and watch and delegate. But the precursors are high EQ and supportive leadership. If you have those things, you tend to end up with a high degree of self-direction. But that's not a starting point.
