Interesting. This implies that the only information is that which we collect - our "avatars" or whatever we are, manifest as our consciousness, is supported by our current "state", which has memory. But the universe itself has no state - it is a supervision of almost infinite states - infinite possibilities. Our current state - the direction along which we measure the electron's spin - determines the context of the questions we ask the universe. The answers to those questions increases the size of our state.
