Indeed, they should be free to dress like juggalos.
But that doesn’t mean that others should not see their dress as frivolous. Individuals have a right to draw their own conclusions about the behavior of others, even if we don’t have a right to deny those who behave strangely access or opportunities.
Being “feminine” or “masculine” is not really about what clothes you wear — clothes are a facade; and makeup and heels are, IMO, idiotic — on men or women — as idiotic as wearing a propeller hat. But if someone wants to do it, they should be allowed to. It tells me something about them though…
