“If white men are oppressed and overlooked for the mere case of being white men, I don’t want to support that system. But I’ve never seen it.”

Just look at the world of government contracting: if you are a white male, you can forget about getting any business from the Federal government, or many quasi-government organizations, because they nearly all have policies of only giving new business to either (1) a large established firm (e.g., one with “Federal gov prior experience, or a large entity that is “stable”), or (2) a minority owned firm. So if you are a startup, you are in category 2, but only if you are a “minority” — not a white male.

So if you are a white male, who has incredible skills, the door is closed, and there is still no way to launch your own business and sell to those would could use your services. All you can do is “get a job”.
