Some great approaches. Except that I would have nixed this part:

Ken Schwaber admitted to a colleague circa 2002 that he (Schwaber) "knew nothing about organizations". And Sutherland was a doctor, for crying out loud - why does _anyone_ think those guys should be advising us on how to build complex software systems at scale?
