I think that one has to differentiate between consumer usage and business usage. Consumers like phones. Business users don't. A cellphone is terrible for business collaboration. Most business Zoom occurs on a computer - not a phone. Most business documents are created on a computer - not a phone.
It's consumers to do all the cellphone stuff. All the Facebook. All the Instagram. All the texting. Consumers, teenagers, and people who are not knowledge workers.
Consumers want a quick answer. But knowledge workers don't. They want advice - not an answer. They want to complete _their_ recommendation - not parrot what a bot said.
