I agree. Instead of throwing ideas into the market to see what happens, one should be more thoughtful. Do research. Bring real customers in. Help customers to envision a solution. Mock it up (or build it with a low-code tool), try it out with them. Then do some A/B testing in the market. I.e., don't start with an idea: start with the customer.
