How many people want to have fun during a retrospective? I would not - I would rather be done with the retro and have fun on my own. But I am curious what others think.

And if people are not engaged during the retro, and need games to get them engaged, then there is the problem. They are not goal driven: there is not an outcome they are striving for. True?
