It is true that most organizations move glacially. But if some move fast, those will overtake the glacial ones. The pace of change is speeding up across the board, and institutions that cannot keep up will fall by the wayside.

I think that you are making assumptions about machine intelligence and about human intelligence. Human intelligence is mostly pattern recognition, pattern comparison, and pattern generation. Indeed, most of what humans do most of the time - what Daniel Kahneman called "System 1 thinking", is functionally analogous to what LLMs do.
