You don't need a special tool.
In fact, I would recommend to _not_ use any special tools.
Architecture tools were very popular decades ago, but they made things worse - they obfuscated things in a forest of details. And they also made it so that only people with the tool could look at artifacts. Artifacts need to be visible to everyone.
People make things too complicated. What matters is to distill down to the dependencies that matter, and focus on those. Use simple, universal tools like Confluence, a diagramming tool (Confluence has diagramming plugins), etc.
