Hi Jason. You have a different view of flow than I do. For me, I attain the flow when I am in isolation.

People don't always have much choice about which team they are on. Also, what if 30% of an organization's people are introverts? In that case, most teams will be dominated by extroverts. If the extroverts always get their way, then the introverts cannot just join another team, because most teams will be dominated by extroverts.

This is a common problem in society. It is what manifests as racism. A minority can't just "join another team"; and if the majority imposes its preferences then the minority members have nowhere to turn.
