Hi Frank. You are right, but when we created Agile 2, we were trying to save Agile by pivoting it. And you are right, that Agile 2 is significantly different.

The work that my own company does today is not strongly linked to Agile 2. Agile 2 serves as a very compelling set of behaviors that we often reference, but our work is in leadership development, since it is leadership behavior that leads to actual organizational agility.
