Great point John. But to make this prescription work (“2–6 month missions for 3–6 people”), those people need to be able to work across the entire stack and across all of the affected components. That is achievable if one picks the right people. Just saying. What are your thoughts on how best to set up such teams for success, and how to scale that so that it is the normal way of operating?
