Descriptive labels are okay, as long as we realize that someone is not defined by a label - they can be different than others of that category. I have difficulty with "I identify as" labels. What do you mean "identify as"? If you are a trans woman, that is what you are. There is no need to "identify as a woman", because you _are_ a trans woman.
