You write a lot of great things. I wish you would rename this blog to Serious Agile instead of Serious Scrum. The things you write about are more broadly applicable. Scrum is not always the best approach - in fact, my best experiences on teams did not involve Scrum, but they were very Agile, and many of the things you write about applied.
