What is the "new form of project management", and how am I monetizing it?

And also consider how "Agile" was monetized by Scrum - and continues to be.

If you are referring to Agile 2, consider:

1. There is no certification, and never will be.

2. The Agile 2 content is published Creative Commons.

3. There is no project management framework in Agile 2.

I think you are making assumptions without actually looking at what is being said by me and the people who created Agile 2. (BTW, I did not create Agile 2)
