As in every article I read from the Scrum propaganda & marketing mill, this one excuses Scrum: if it's not working for you, you aren't doing it right".
The author wrote, "Indeed, without a soul, Scrum can be very destructive". So to do it right, now you have to have soul. I.e., you need this mystical private understanding that you can only glean if you retreat to a mountaintop for five years, and study the words of the Scrum Guide, and find enlightenment.
I call BS.
The fact is, Scrum is a broken model. The role of Scrum Master is deficient. Teams need leadership - servant leadership. Real servent leadership carries both accountability and authority. Real servant leadership is not the way the Scrum Guide describes it - read some books on servant leadership, and you will see.
