Meetings are very valuable. Let's use them to go deep - to discuss things to reach a shared understanding.

To share updates, send a message.

To find out the status of something, look at that thing's dashboard.

To let someone know that there is a problem or impediment, send them a message (or if you are there in person, get out of your chair and go find them). Don't wait for a meeting!
