A flux organization is not set up to achieve a mission: it is an aggregate of special interests. I don't know any CEO who wants that.
To change things in a goal-oriented organization, change needs to come from the top, and leadership is needed - the RIGHT KINDS of leadership. That is the cornerstone of change.
